They should have some sort of loyal customer rewards, not just get your 10 th wash free on your birthday. Overall, they are a pretty good car wash although a bit pricey in my opinion. You can walk to Target/Whole Foods and a number of other places since they are right behind Merchant’s Walk. Great thing about this place is the location. They did a nice job for the most part especially in the inside which really was very thrashed. The car took about 80 minutes to get washed and detailed. They also have snacks and coffee (which you have to pay for). Some nice perks: Free internet, Large TV, fireplace going, and comfy seats. I appreciated the time she took to explain it to me but they should simplify that somewhat. I would say this was convenient but a tad bit convoluted. Lady who first greeted me inspected the car and then gave me the different price ranges and description of each wash. I went on a Monday morning so they weren’t super busy. Went to this place to get my car detailed after almost a year and some heavy thrashing thanks to my girls. Now, I have to spend even MORE $$$ trying to find a car wash that WILL give me what I wanted originally without trying to fluff up their prices and upsell me. DO NOT COME HERE! Not worth the money, time, or trouble. I just wanted a good exterior wash with rain-x.

On the plus side, they vacuumed the car, so that was nice. I even had to go over it myself several times with a lint free towel. The armor-all was heavy handed (ruining my husband’s pants) and not even done well.

What I got for my trouble, plus tip, was a busted fender, my back power windows which were working on the way THERE (I’d used them) somehow magically don’t work anymore, NO rain-x (I asked inside and they swore I’d get it but the website claims differently), streaky windows and an interior that looks like an ad for Jheri curl oil. Upon getting there, the woman outside who took my car convinced me to get the $ 45 wash in order to buff out any scratches in the interior and get a better clean on the inside. You can also visit their franchise website to know more about the business.I went in mind trying to get the $ 29 Rain X special and a vacuum for my car.
